It snowed a few days ago here as well, but's already melted :). To be honest I hope it won't snow a lot this year, after all the snow is never there on the 25th most of the time xD, it's only there after or before >.>.

It's the same here with the snow, but the cold is already here by December, it's just the snow which is mostly lacking most of the time.

well, have you ever ordered something online only when it came it was not the same quality as what you ordered and you are having issues getting a refund because you did not see the 'actual product may differ' disclaimer?

That does sound very bad indeed >.<.

I've never ordered anything online myself since I like seeing/feeling what I'm about to buy in real life before I actually buy it but, some of the online offers are indeed quite tempting even for me.

I hope what you ordered didn't cost too much money and that you'll get a refund on your purchase.

i think it is about to. i have said my bit and all that is left is to see how the verdict goes. i have been assured by my friend that, while i could have handled it better, i am at least in the right so if nothing else i do not have to feel bad about it
