Well from my own attempts at contests --- writing is a big NO.
Art --- most people like but some people who don't feel like they are very good artists tend to feel like they can't enter.

Avatar contests seem to go over really well.

I was thinking of the writing one but I'm still super uninspired for everything XD

well, what do you think would be a fair theme for avis that does not exclude persons newer than 2mos?

I hate ideas and then I didn't so i will be of no help on that subject >.>;;
