The hurricane had a lot of potential to be pretty bad, but it veered away from here and hit Louisiana rather hard. But at least not as hard as it could have been. Still did a lot of damage over there, unfortunately.

Have you been watching It's Okay to Not Be Okay? I'm only a few episodes in, but it possesses a lot of the qualities Jane the Virgin has, while still being different.

That reminds me that I setup the living room tv to play netflix, and now my dad spends all day watching series. It's hard for him to navigate the remote controller, and one day after lunch he kept saying 'put it on the series matokai batokai', and my dumb ass thought he was using the asian name of the series. As soon as I turn on his TV, what series pops up?
It's okay to not be okay. He was trying to speak english ehehehe
