When I had those problems in my charity I simply posted as a rule "If you can't be bothered to read, don't bother posting."

But then again, after a few years of people not having enough respect to read, I ended up getting annoyed at them which was why I wrote it. >>;

Which is why is good to post that in there. Most of the time they misread it.

@Hermes:
Not everyone have same kind of reading method. So, some of them needs a different way of wordings to make them understand the same thing but in a different wording phrase.
