My dog used to creepy my sister in law out that way. He would just lie somewhere, and watch. That was mostly what he did. Just watched.

Well he was small and in a house filled with people who's feet could do damage it made sense for him to know where said people were. I never really noticed. He was pretty observant though. A non-watchful dog does not get first access to fallen treats in the kitchen!
