There's actually a free MTG game that can be played and thus far I think its doing a better job than the ones I bought in explaining the rules and how the mechanics work. It's completely free, but I'm thinking it might be made by the actual company, but not certain.

Well, yeah the one I have has a HUGE (read that as annoying long) tutorial, but this one also has story mode, solo play and versus mode. You get booster packs by earning coins (or spending money) in order to get more booster packs.

Yeah, I'm wondering if it allows decks with more than 60 cards or if it just caps it at that. I have decks that are more than 60 cards (one is about 80) and you can use them in tournaments and stuff, but the real for that is as long as you can shuffle your deck on your own you're allowed to use it.

i like collecting the cards, so i don't play with them much.. that and they keep making my cards illegal with each new set they bring out D:<

I think that's only for standard, modern you can still use them. Or did I flip that?

Did you get that through steam? Or is that through something else? I'm not really liking how this one is done for making decks. Its requiring the deck be exactly 60 cards, when that's the minimum for the deck. The rules for tournaments is that if you can shuffle the deck on your own you can play it. I currently have a deck of about 80 cards, its just suggested to keep it as close to 60 as possible.
