I pronounce it as fair. It's not fairy the e doesn't have the y sound. Remember when es are at the end of a word it makes the vowels on the inside change their sound mostly. Fair to me talks about a person like she is fair. Ectect but faire reminds me of a festival. Lol though they probably HAD to spell it that way because of SOPA ectect I heard gaia has to change the names of items

I spell it like faerie, but I mainly refer to them as fae. Lol

I've never heard of them spelled faire though.. the e isn't strong enough on its own to be pronounced right

its the same with Jessie/Jesse :3 it doesn't need an i to help make the 'e' sound.
