I can't remember the last time I had beef jerky. And I'm hungry right now. It sounds good. But everything sounds good when you're hungry.

When I am REALLY hungry I eat without even tasting it gets bad I can be really gluttonous sometimes

I have a bad habit of grocery shopping when hungry. I usually go on Thursdays when they have the best sushi chef making all the goodies, so I'll pick up a few rolls for lunch. But of course that means i'm always hungry when I go and I end up getting all this crap I don't need/don't eat.

I like going on tuesdays. its when they stalk the Gyoza o3o

I'm waiting for them to finish all the construction they said would last six months now one year later. -_- I kinda miss not having my produce department half-empty all the time.

our giant eagle and aldies went through construction to make the store bigger.. it doesn't seem bigger though ._.

Our college-based shopping area has 50% of the businesses shut down & gone due to the 6 month long road construction that has stopped anyone from getting to the shops.

That sucks... I always feel bad when I see mom n' pop stores struggling. (Assuming this is one.) That's why I'm so glad my town has kept the historical square kind of "hands-off" to big retailers and chains and lets local business owners flourish.

i don't think we even have any mom n' pop stores around here anymore.. ._.,

It's really not something you see a lot of anywhere anymore. :( Austin has this whole motto called "Keep Austin Weird," which is basically the support of local business. I don't know when that started, but it's had a visible impact.

Outside the urban/suburban area its all retailers.

they need something like that here.. =/ just so i can get a friggen job.

all the 'retailer' stores don't like to hire people that arent young and pretty, or have already have work exp...
