Yeah, I think this might do them in. Or at the very least, wound them terribly in terms of traffic. I mean, they advertise as "Free to Play", but then they make it so you can't do much of anything unless you buy something.

Yeah, a lot of those older items are totally expensive now, even though they might not have been when they first came out.

I think it's just the scarcity of the items in question. Not that many people have them, so the price goes up because the demand's really high. Not that the people demanding the item can really afford them. :V
