I wish I was more attentive and active here or maybe been a better friend to Batty but I only hope that she knows to take all the time she needs and we will always been here when she gets back.

I know how difficult it is when someone breaks your spirit like that, it does take time to recover.

Ten years later and I am still recovering from the divorce. Having people around is truly helpful, hon. Force yourself to even leave the house, trust me I have been through it as well. Even a short walk around the block in the sunlight will help.
