Death, i have a pattern that i've made many times, and i change up the colors for the customizations. sometimes it's trial and error, and i end up taking out many rows to get it looking right. in fact, SharkBoy and Mermaid Girl are the same pattern! as are the Green Lantern and Jean Grey that SparX posted too!

Pretty sure you have to, yes. But maybe you can get a PO box in a different state if you live so close to the border? I have a shipping address in the adjacent country - and yes, they needed my ID, but then it was no problem to get. Don't know about individual state laws however and whether "near the border" still means a two hour drive in your case.
