Mushrooms are good, just not on their own. Also, possessed mushrooms are kinda sketchy. =/

Well, my bleghh was for the possessed part. I actually enjoy mushrooms now.....when I was younger, not so much.

It's true, when I was younger I thought mushrooms were nasty. Along with onions. Now I think onions belong in every food.

I've enjoyed onions for a while.....ask Tiva. I can make an entire meal out of just onions and maybe a few other assorted veggies. Oooh, and some dip as well.

Largely the same opinion here -- I used to avoid mushrooms, but if they're prepared right now I can enjoy them. (Though they tend to come back to haunt me.)

I like to eat all vegetables and fruits except eggplants and olives. Though I'm slowly working on acclimating myself to olives....but they still taste 'ugh' right now.... D:

I don't like olives either, but I've found that eggplant is pretty good if prepared right.

If they're that mushy, they're not prepared right. :P Sear them or batter-dip them.

Everyone always says that coda, but every time i cook eggplants they taste disgusting. Also, I've always loved to eat mushrooms raw or cooked :P

salting eggplants helps a little. My next plan for eggplant steak (if I get around to it) is to press it in salt and take a ring shaped thing to remove the wet part in the middle where the seedy things are before baking. Should improve things.

Not with the dish that's usually ordered whenever I'm at a restaurant. Though the sauce probably makes it seem even more mushy...

Honestly, never been a fan of eggplant. If it's prepared right, I don't mind eating it though.

Nope, never tried spaghetti squash, but I do want to though. I have had butternut squash a ton of times and love it very much. <3
