Ask for a redo...politly.:D Or you could look to see if all their commisions are like that. If it is just yours and you had to wait, you have a right to complain.

i am to shy to ask, and it's just mine, she threw it together really quick it was sloppy and lazy and didn't come colored and she stuck a very large watermark right on it

That is not right though, Choco, she shoulda actually took time with it to make you commision nice. And what's with the watermark on a commision? I though artist had their signature so that others would not steal their commisions.
