I am not sure about a dream avatar creator.. but then again I haven't looked around for one haha. I thought I saw it being talked about somewhere, but that very well could have been a dream. I tend to dream about posting here sometimes xD

There is not, and probably will not be, a dream avi creator here on the site itself, but it's been stated that if any users want to make it, they're free to.
