pick the craziest of them and tell them the steak is magic and grants wishes but in exchange demands land and harem girls?

I not at liberty to say anything Choco or Ninja but I don't think that will work.
Why don't you guys just stick a drug that makes people easier to convince in the steak and give it to them all free of charge.

If you want my idea highlight the bottom of my post before this one. :) I'm sure there are easier ways to do it but that was my first idea. And you can make your friends the distributors.
