Ooh Cheshire mask

I've resorted to hand turning the wheel on the machine over the parts that are too thick or want to jam up. I wonder if a walking foot might help, but those seem kind of pricey.

i've been doing all my sewing by hand.... it's easier to play on line and watch tv if i'm hand sewing XD

My hand sewing would a) never get done because it's tedious af and I have no patience and
b) would look a million times worse than my machine sewing. XD

Also my sewing machine is annoying sometimes. Like when the thread comes out of part of the threading mechanisms and I don't realize that's the problem right away so I end up ruining a project and wasting a ton of thread trying to fix the sudden bird nesting. *facepalm*

i agree that it's tedious, but i'm also doing other things.... so it's not so bad. XD

Would rather fight my sewing machine for 10 minutes than hand sew anything if I can avoid it.

The only thing I hand sew are Derpy's skirts. And only because they're just slightly too small for my machine to do them without lots if struggle. And also because his shirt covers the waistband so no one can see my bad stitching anyway.

bought the older daughter a car. the younger one almost got a car, but the mechanic ended up finding too many things wonky with it....

My parents never had the money to buy any of us a car lol

well, to be fair, older daughter's car was a 1999 and we got it for her in like 2013 for a few thousand dollars that we really didn't have either!

My parents never had the money to buy any of my sibs or me cars either, but once we got our licenses, they let us have/drive our grandma's old car (we pretty much inherited it from her when she couldn't drive anymore). Ngl, I loved that car, but my sibs kind of ran it into the ground. :c
