speaking of eggs; i've gotten my motherinlaw into eating them by randomly frying eggs. it helps me to encourage her to eat food that isn't all trash so i am happy

I've tried quail eggs hardboiled before,
e_e; but they're weird.
They're like regular eggs but really tiny and kinda watered down. <x} If that makes any sense. xD

i like grilled quail eggs<3 boil them bad bois and put them on a kebab skewer and toast that lovely stuff<3<3

From what I've heard, goose eggs have a nice flavor. Although I doubt it's all that different. I've tried finding turkey eggs, but even at the farmer's market they don't seem to be available.

Do you shell them before toasting them? Quail eggs seem like they would be harder to shell. Toasted eggs in general sounds like it would be worth trying.

yeas, you want to toast the white of the egg not the shell since it is char flavour and not heat that is the desired outcome ^^

eeh, they are a little fiddling the first time or two but truthfully i have damaged less quail eggs than i have hen eggs when deshelling
