Embrace being a stranger from another planet! Also, breaking things down and focusing on small goals can be helpful maybe? The fact that you're doing it is already an achievement, I haven't gotten that far yet.

@chocobo: I mean, I guess I did after all. It's pretty easy for me to revert to my high school "be-pleasant-to-everyone-no-matter-who" persona. <x} Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't tho. <:/ I guess it depends on the customer and their mood.
