Hehe. I would never try making this cape if I was the only one doing it... I can make props well (like swords), but sewing apparel...not so much.

That's his sword! The blade part looks really smooth :o

However that sword was made is beyond me XD.

The sword is a plank of wood that I cut down with a jigsaw then sanded smooth. It's sanded in such a way that there is no visible wood grain. :)

I could probably make custom wood swords for people and make money off that, but I dkubt that I could get many customers.

A jigsaw... -looks up- Ohh, it's one of those heavy-duty-esque cutting tools! I've never seen one in real life, though I've watched people magically cut through things on videos XD

One question is, would you want many customers..?

Not many, per say, but like...A few a week would be good. :P

I'd have to go through the effort of setting up a new site for that and such, though.

sombody made me a sword for Mugen once out of one pieceo f wood . . . the handles snapped off really easily ._.

Mm, well, depending on the shape, it has to be done in different ways.

In the case of Sorey's sword, it's all a single piece. Harder to break that way.

mugen's has these silly hand guard things. . . which is what broke.

Hmm... would probably be best to make those out of somewhat bendy plastic. I have stuff for doing that, too. :P

yup, a quarter of the house is officially moved with more going over regularly, gonna do about half in a week or two when donut has a day off and we can rent the truck aain

i'd like to have time to space out moves I've always had to do them in one day and it is like a nightmare

turns out it's just as wonky as short two-week moves XD never had to do a one-day move that was more than a single room's worth of stuff though
