Actually, while gunpowder was a tool of war and gunpowder is used in fireworks, fireworks themselves were a tool of superstition.

Are you guys using a different browser than Firefox, and it's showing up as more than just "tilted boxes and slightly wonky text"?

Because I can read whole paragraphs and stuff all day and the Earthquake effect doesn't bother me at all.
