You should try Reiki, I'm a 3rd level Reiki practioner, but I do it for free, I don't charge people and I don't do it often. I give myself Reiki all the time,
I am also an intuitive healer and I have helped a few people with different things.

I don't know if you know about the Chakras, but basically Reiki balances your chakras (energy). My friend is a massage therapist and a Reiki practioner and I usually get 1/2 massage and 1/2 Reiki. It helps with my aches and pains.
