Nic's stomach gurgled a little in response.

Laurel giggled again, leaning down and kissing Nic's cheek, "I'll be right back," she told him before starting to leave.

Nic didn't say anything, closing his eyes and resting.

Laurel came back shortly with some tea. "Alright, can you sit up?" she asked quietly.

It took a little while, but Nic managed to sit up on his own.

Laurel waited patiently and then handed him his mustache cup.

Nic carefully took the cup before slowly beginning to sip the tea.

Laurel stayed at Nic's side, playing with Amela a bit. The tea did help, Laurel knew her teas even if she couldn't tell a cappuccino from a latte.

When Nic was done, he set the cup down before slowly laying down again.

Laurel took the cup and watched Nic, "Can I get you anything else?" she asked softly.

Nic shook his head slowly.

Laurel nodded, "Rest then," she told him as she kissed his temple lightly and stood.

So Nic closed his eyes and rested.

Laurel left with a sigh and went back to her room, bored once more.

Nic slept for a little over an hour before getting up.

Laurel was still in her room which was close to Nic's.
