I can't help it. I just nibble on things during the day. I may see if I can take something in while I"m on shift. Everyone else does it. I should be able to.

Yeah. Well, you don't necessarily want to gain weight, but I get it. I'm at the point I just make sure I keep my strength. i tried all kinds of things and cant' seem to lose wait (but there are other reasons).
