Im going to have to go, laptop low on battery and need to go to an appointment soon.

Sorry to hear that, I have the same sort of issue, though it's because my body doesn't make the enzymes needed to properly digest red meats or dairy.. Intolerance is no fun.. But that's what I always have Ginger Ale on hand :D
