I want to go cry in a corner and tell my neighbor to fuck off, I can hear her music clear as day over my tv and there are like 10 cars outside. We try to not be loud and this is how they repay us..... I think that the week of finals I am going to blast music nonstop at night and sleep during the day just to finally get pay back. Alpha has guard tomorrow.

Have you called the police and filed a noise disturbance? It's the first thing I would do, honestly. If there is loud music and cars, chances are there are underage drinkers. It'll get them in more trouble, better pay back.

Oh he is pissed now... We moved our cars and someone moved up infront of our door. I wont let him tell them to move because i told him if he left the space they would move there.
