Guess I don't really need to explain how the children above us are CONSTANTLY running, from 4AM to midnight, now xD

Lol ya, but we have a very big backward and a ELEMENTARY SCHOOL right next to our apartment, they could go run there once in a while xD

lol well the elementary school depends on if they allow people to go there after closing hours...

Ya, it's always open (well, the school yard, you can't go inside the school obviously lol). And as if it wasn't enough, we have a big park just up the hill and one down the hill ^^;

ok...maybe the rents don't want them going out cause it's too hot?

Too hot for the last 5 months? xD

...never mind then... I dunno why the parents don't let them out.

No idea, but then the parents themselves run in the hall's staircase, so you can't really blame the children...only the parents ^^;
