theres nothing wrong with the system really it's just that Comcast sucks xP if the billing dates the same we'll upgrade it for a little bit till the new service gets this way :(

in a bit after i get done eating i'll call them cause i have two issues -.- one being ripped off an two the bill saying i owe them 127 $! apparently they never took the money out of my account from last month an it even has a thank youf or the payment on the fricken bill Dx it's like omg you guys are going to go out of business when this other company runs through lol

yeah i talked to someone an they dont know why the bill wasn't payed an the payment taken out x.x

but on a good note for less then the price i was gonna pay for a 6 mgb connect i got a 20 mgb connection xD
