I think they got rid of that user in general. Cause I tried finding other threads of his and then check his profile and nothing came up. So yeaaahhh..

I just got a message from #FFFF telling me how professional I was dealing with that troll and how they gained mad respect for me. lol. I feel like I was kinda poking fun at the guy without really poking fun at the guy, ya know? I think it's just cause I kept my cool. xD

Oh that is awesome! It's not hard to deal with trolls at all. An keeping your cool is what works best with them. An gaining respect with the staff could put you in a position for staff one day too.
