Creatures that are sent to help spread the cold winter, their giant paws create the frost and their howl is said to create the worst winter storms. The pelt of a woli is said to ward off most sickness, as the cold cannot get past the frozen fur. Most believe them to be extinct, or at least in some planets such as Kalin, while others state that the beast is nothing more than a story to begin with. In the summer though when a chilling wind comes from the North or frost is found on the grass in the mornings the woleis are said to be roaming. The wolies are a distant relative of the Hell Hound. Their coats are seen in whites and greys when in adulthood while their young are found to be brown and black, as the frost has not coated their fur yet. Standing at five feet tall their paws leave trails of frost wherever they walk making them easy to track should a person wish to do so, though to face a pack of them would surely lead to the death of a lesser adventurer. Many children challenge others to go and find a young frost wolf to tame it, so the beast will become their pet.

Ball Snap

A fist-sized spherical looking rodent with twig-like, reptilian legs and tail. Its face is hidden in its black, very thick fur, often revealing only shiny black eyes and white, excessively large teeth. Its nose is black and small, and hard to see, often needing to be felt for if someone is brave enough to hold it.

They climb trees and eat the fruit there, or small animals also eating said fruit. They snap at anything moving that comes within their reach.
