I think I need to make some tea. My stomach is a bit unsettled.

Oh gods... I'm so behind too! I've been so bogged down with work that I've been forgetting to post and have only got 6 treats total so far! ^_^;;

Potatoes. Plain, boiled potatoes, eat cold if you want to, maybe with a bit of salt. One of the most inert things you can eat and the fall back for my sister-in-law and I when we're having gut trouble or just don't want to eat.

6 more treats for me to go.. can i make it? Dx

Quiet:As tempting as that would be I seldom have potatoes in my house and the closest store closes at 10pm.
But I have a ginger tea that always works for me.

Amazingly I need just 1 more for the final pet x-x

I have peppermint tea for IBS cramps/abdominal pain. I can't much control what I eat, have to eat what the student hostel serves, because it's an hour to-and-back from the nearest grocer's and people are mugged in the roads around at 5 in the evening x_x so going out to get stuff's a no.

But summer hols soon, and I can stay at home and try to figure out more stuff to help my tummy.

The treats are TOTALLY avoiding me lol. Then again I wasn't able to get on at all yesterday T_T
