I love the idea of a truly fallen angel. One that still looks angelic, isn't truly evil, just fallen because of a frailty or foible. Actually, I'll be honest, I just love the juxtaposition of something that looks one way but isn't as it seems. So an angelic demon or a demonic angel is my cuppa tea.

In regards to religion I'd say Angel. Even some images I have of the Fallen ones are all skulls and nastiness. Not the awesome looks you see in anime or anything. But I do like the color black....probably evident by my avatars especially this one.

Demons are pretty cool but they are not my favorite. I really love angels.
I even have an angel collection on my desk. I think about 14 angel statues. I even have tons of angel tree toppers for christmas. So yea I do prefer angels to demons but demons are pretty scary.
