not really. i only really eat chicken, pizza and fish fingers along with chicken wraps. mildly surprised i haven't got rickets.

this is primarily because i don't like much of anything else.

are you supplementing your diet with vitamins and minerals? it would be pretty bad if your body started cannibalizing your teeth, muscles and bones because you didn't take care of yourself
