Umm...we have them we just don't like syrup? Most people find it nasty? We use it for baking bread and christmas candy though. But not just syrup alone.

And jam was easier for us to make back in the time cause we got lots of forest. So poor people had lots of berries to use and eat.

I used to loove sweets. Now I feel sick in stomach even when I look at most of them. Anything too sweets make my stomach turn upside down. >o> So, I eat a bit of chocolate every now and then. And ice cream. Maybe the last sweet I could eat every day. XD
