I have started two days ago, actually. It killed my back, but I know it's worth it. I mean, I needed exercise.
I think my body aching is a cause of me not moving at all.

Same here, but I am so sickly it is hard for me to decide on an exercise regimen because some days I feel so awful.

I've never been really that weak... I was sickly, but I do know how to fight it back...but recently, I just felt like I was aging... T_T
