I think it's nearing night. Dante doesn't really feel the difference besides the sudden coldness (remembered, heightened senses) but he probably thinks it's from the open door.

Um... I wasn't sure where to put in anything about the lights. I don't think Rue would really react anyway. =P And I think it was day when the group first met, but it's probably progressed quite a ways since then. You'd have to ask mister GM what he thinks.
