And any movie, also anime, is a reflection of real life. If you can't watch kid being used by adult in real life, so how can you in anime. >o> It's the same thing happening there, maybe someone even used real models for drawing that.

Oh, but I read interview with one such artist who said he does use real models. Not all kids have parents rich enough to give them pocket money for ice cream or something bigger, so they get offered a small job that won't get them harmed at all. But in the end, they might even be killed since it must be effectively drawn, too.
Adults are responsible for what they do with their lives, but children and teenagers are not. They can be influenced, rather easily, and sometimes even by things people don't imagine that they could do such things.

While I am not a fan of yaoi myself, I also understand that some people are and I let then have their fun. As long as it's good, clean fun. Those who take it too far - with young kids or adults - are some of the worst human beings around.

Its why parents should be watching their kids.. if they see a anime with a sexual situation or such its up to the parents to either explain to them what is going on or tell them its bad.. If someone mimics something they see it isn't the creators fault.

Its pretty similar to a child walking in on their parents or an older sibling then going out to mimic it with someone else. Yes It can get them into trouble but its not the fault of the creator. Its why people tell kids "stay away from strangers" and not to mimic stuff they see on tv.
