If you are able to and have the chance, I'd say so. Normally helps me out with mine.....at least temporarily.

So some bishop ran out of his home to help a lady that was being robbed. He chased the robber bare foot while weilding a katana

It apparently was. Bc his son was banging on the bathroom door when he was in the shower and he just threw clothes on, grabbed the sword and went to help the lady
