I can see how it would. I have watched a few episodes that I saw but when Lucifer came back i just turned my back on the show. I felt for Sam being put in that situation and what a lot of people have taken as verbal and physical abuse from Lucifer. I saw that their mom was brought back and really I just don't know. The show was good at its roots, bringing the Angels in wasn't bad. But now… It feels like a telanovela which wasn't what I signed up to watch. Kind of like Once Upon a Time, but I am a firm believer of too much of a good thing.

Tiva - I look at it this way: the writers have their plan for the episodes, but they also need to see if the actors are available. So I think that sometimes when a character leaves the show, the actor was called away or left to do something else. When a character comes back on a show, the writers and other Important People on the show have contacted that actor and they were available, so the writers (may) need to rearrange their episodes and storylines.

and I think that's what happened with Samatha Smith, so they wrote the Mom back into the storyline.

Back in the early seasons, Kripke had said that the Hunters were the 'angels,' but then he introduced Castiel and the other angels, and that started getting people pissy.

I, personally, signed up to see Dean and Sam hunting things and saving people, and as long as they're doing that, I'll be watching. (and Jensen Ackles doesn't hurt, either)

for Once Upon a Time, i started watching for all the fairy tale characters in a little town in Maine. and that's still there. (and Colin O'Donoghue doesn't hurt that, either!) XD

well, it comes back on March 5th, so there's some time to catch up... XD

I originally wanted to watch Once Upon A Time from the beginning..I accidentally watched only the last season's episodes.

we have s1 and s2 on DVD, come on over and we'll have a marathon!

Glitch i've started with Hemlock Grove.

and i was right, at least for the first weird bit of the first episode i'm watching right now (i'm in the middle of 1x01) - it's a bit Twin Peaks-ish. XD

but as of now, it's not so bad.... just weird.
