I'm not usually in the mood to cook, but I do like baking Christmas cookies.

Yeah I like to bake. I sit there and pace in the kitchen and take things out before they're ready... xD.

I've made buche de noel a few times.

We had one of those one year o: I think my sister made it though.

In high school French class, we could get extra credit for making it. No one ate it (unless we decided to contribute it to the christmas Fete) so we got to take them home.

I made flan for my Spanish class once for open house or whatever. I just dropped it off and left, so I dunno if anyone ate it or not.

Yup definitely. One of the perks of language classes; ethnic foods.

We never did anything in class though. ;; Though I don't need to go far to get Mexican food. xD

French class was dominated by desserts. My favorite! There would be like, potatoes au gratin,and like... a dozen desserts. German had some good stuff too.

Potatoes au gratin is good... we had boeuf bourguignon for Christmas dinner one year, that was good too. <3
German food I'm not a big fan of, though I do like sausage.
