Also, Free Comic book Day was today!! Busy as crap but I had an awesome time!

At least until the jacka** I was seeing decided to text me and state (2 Weeks after our last date) that he thought 90 minutes was too far away and he just wanted to be friends. I am swinging between mad and upset because I liked him, he was super sweet engineer and liked a lot of my nerdy stuff. But seriously I was already planning to move up there by the end of the summer. If he could have just waited 2 months I would have been up there.

I'm sorry to hear your love interest is such a jerk, Tiva. At least you found out now before moving there? People sometimes can be really strange. I mean, sure, 90 minutes isn't exactly next door, but if you two had such good chemistry there should've been a way to make it work anyway, especially when you already plan to move. Here's hoping you eventually find a much better match.

SparX, I can see that being a problem with younger kids who have no one driving them to visit each other. My cousins moved 14 miles away onto the countryside when we were six, so indeed we went from seeing each other every day to maybe once a week or every two weeks. Wouldn't say I lost my best friends, but a few years later each of us had their own life and we weren't anywhere as close as we used to be when growing up together. Sometimes things just happen a certain way.

My BFF moved halfway across the country. I'm on the east coast, so we have gotten to see each other once in 3 years.
