Nope, they are quite the enigma. But I wouldn't want to be without at least one cat in my life! I did that for a year...it sucked.

Oh gosh, no kidding. I've always had a cat or two, except when my parents split when I was 10 and moved with my mom and my sister to a small place without our pets. but we had a stray cat come in for a bit, so that counted.

My cat isn't the most sociable or active cat, but he's there when I need him and that's what matters overall.

Mine doesn't like people much, except us, but still like being independent. but the female one always cuddles up with me in bed, so I'm just "aw" <3

one time I was feeling particularly moody and haven't seen my cat for a while. then POOF she appears and jumps on my lap and sleeps there, purring~ felt x100 better. xD

I don't want to be rude but when you said that your are deaf are you the type of deaf that you have bad hearing or you can't hear anything at all?
