Though I find that most threads outside the event forum like to die during events. :C It makes me sad. I try to keep up with all the threads but it's hard for me too. I like taking breaks from the busy event forum though.

Umm....well, a nice 9-10 weeks known as Basic Training. Woohoo. My access to my phone is going to be for 30 mins one day a week (max) and I will likely be spending it calling Tiva.

Nah, Army. Going through it for the National Guard. Tiva isn't happy that I'm going to be away, but she's happy that I'm doing it in the grand scheme (if that makes sense). At least my advanced training won't be until next year.

Yeah, stuff like that has MAJOR benefits. Especially for couples.

I've gone through all the shit that comes with Army/Navy/Coast Guard stuff. Hermes never went through with it, though. But for awhile there..

Yeah, I remember mention of it. I know he was looking at it. My main reason is to help pay for college (so my mom doesn't have to even though she's determined to pay for it) and to use it as a springboard for after college when I want to commission as an officer.
