That is weird, if you bought bundle 2 it should of ended up in your inventory. I told Coda to msg you about it so you should receive a message sometime.

Cazzidy, I did a cross-reference of everyone who bought Japan Bundle 2 with every IP address you've ever used. There's no record you ever bought a Japan Bundle 2.

i actually did... i bought 7 of bundle #2... 2 bundles for me, 1 bundle for my charity account and 4 bundles for my mule account... i got the bundles complete for me and the other bundle for my charity complete too... but the 4 bundles for my mule is not complete... i could send you the picture of the inventory if you want through PM...

it is alright... i did bought 7 of bundle 2, i'm quite sure of that, i saved up runes for it, i made sure i only clicked bundle 2 and not bought items separately... i wouldn't have asked here if i did not bought bundle 2... but if those items does not show up in my mule's inventory, it is okay... i'll just leave it that way... i apologize for the commotion and hopefully, the same thing won't happen in the future since i did pay real money for those... again, i apologize...

Please don't consider me rude, but I can guarantee you that you have not spent runes on a Japan Bundle 2 on your mule account. In fact your mule has not purchased ANY items from the Japan shop. All of the Japan items in your mule's inventory were traded from other accounts. Please consult your completed trade history.

There have not been any confirmed reports of incomplete transactions since the current shop system was implemented -- no one who has spent aurum or runes did not receive the item; either the item was delivered or the currency was not deducted. There HAVE been reports, especially with Internet Explorer, of the shop claiming to have sold you an item but the currency was not deducted and the item was not delivered, but this is quite rare.

New Reporting Tool: Shop History

This is the same information I can look up on the backend. If it ain't here, the system hasn't processed it. This report parallels the Trade History report. Between these two reports you should be able to identify where every item came from and where it went, not counting items that were handed out by admins.

Are there any other sites that let normal users look at these logs? I've never seen one!

You can find the link to this report on the shops page, before you choose a shop.

sorry for the late reply and i mean really late... i've been busy with work and it's Holy Week here in my country (Catholic country)... Anyways, I found the missing items, I used my other mule account to purchase the 4 bundle #2 and traded it to my item mule... thanks for your new nifty tool in the shops Coda... VERY NIFTY AND HELPFUL INDEED!... and sorry for the commotion caused here... I feel stupid for not checking... again, i apologize and thanks for all your help...
