Not only do I get words that are not used in normal conversation but I also get people who are never on.

It's annoying as hell. I got a person now who I've at least spoken to a bit before but I still have no clue how to get them to say the word. It's at least more common. If I had gotten another weird one I would have just said fuck it and given up.
