Cheesecake is alright. I like chocolaty cheesecakes the best. What I really like is a no-bake version of cheesecake that grandma makes. All it takes is cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla extract and condensed milk. You mix it all up nice and smooth til it's a custard/pudding consistency, pour it into a graham cracker crust, top with the fruit of your choice and freeze it for a few hours. It's soooo yummy. And super easy to make.

There's a similar style desert that uses whipped cream, sour cream and vanilla pudding (just the dry part, not actually made into pudding) Then you mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter and line the bottom of springform pan. Then you layer the whipped cream mix with sprinkles of graham cracker and the fruit of your choice and top it with a final layer of fruit and a sprinkle of graham cracker. It's soooo good. Pretty messy to make though, lol. You can simplify it though and just put the mix in a graham cracker crust and top with fruit.

Yeah, that should work. Although if you do that, I'd use Greek yogurt, since it's thicker than regular yogurt. That should keep the texture right. You can't even taste the sour cream at all though. It's mostly there to cut the sweet and thicken up the texture. But if you really can't stand it, the Greek yogurt should have a nearly identical result, I'd think. ^^
