Smartass lieutenant of the big bad who likes to watch what the players are doing and throw stuff in their way to see how they get over it.

The freakishly stong shape shifter who only helps when it benefits him. If it doesn't benefit him you can count on loosing an important apendage. He is the one who normally gets a girl on every town.

The desert dwelling bandit who only robs boys, but seems to let girls slide.

The hero's evilguardian spirit. They have nothing against hurting those who get in the hero's way but hte hero is always unwilling to ask for it to help.

The albino god of fire who has a thing for cute priestesses.

Powerfull warlock that the hero at first thinks is male. She, of course, fries the hero a little before joining hte party at first but will eventually become a powerful asset.

The boy who was raised in thew ood and knows nothing of cibil soceity.

The inn hostess who is badass and can easily take down monsters. The hero is her son and has been taught all they know by her.
