Ugh x.x' And there's so many changes. I wouldn't mind most of them if they'd been doing them from the start, y'know? But we can't wear an apron anymore unless we're positioned in the copy center, which is fuckin' bullshit. =/ I have so much shit I keep with me, my pockets aren't big enough! Ugh.

And then something about like, 11-3 we can't do anything store related, no projects, no stocking, no freight, no price changes, nothing. Just customer service. Those hours are most of our stocker guy's shift. =/ I don't know how the fuck things are going to get done now.

And now we have 'zones' people are supposed to be in at that time ~snort~

Just shit like this. And the woman is snippy as all hell with stupid little things.

Fish, I do believe you are doing a job I used ot do LOL or all managers come up with the same bullshit. Unfortunately, what that means is the stockers'll get less hours/adjusted hours, the customers will feel like they're being harrassed and things will not get done that normally would, and all that fun stuff.

My manager picked the busiest day to stick me with a trainee, tell me I had to get 9 pallets of stuff done(on the busiest day when I had the trainee) with no extra person to watch the department. He then stayed to 'help' but declared it 'too busy' for him to do anything...but I was still supposed to get it all done.

Stab him in the eye. With a howitzer.

duuuude that's exactly true! Our poor stocker guy has been there five years. He's gotten full time hours the entire time even though he only was hired for part time, and they knocked him down to 28 hours a week. I feel so sorry for him.

Oh yeah, and we sell replacement plans. And we have this thing called market basket where we need to try and sell certain things with certain sales (like if we sell a printer, we try and sell ink/toner, paper, cable, and plan). So if we can't get the customer to get something on the list, we basically get scolded. If we can't get them to get the plan, we have to CALL SOMEONE ELSE UP to try and sell it.

If I was a customer, I would just walk away from the register and go somewhere else.
