I'm currently in the process of trying to figure out just what sort of deer skull Tarja has on her head. I need to find a deer with a skull big enough to rest on top of a human skull, but with small enough antlers that can still fit through doorways. I'd go with white tail but there don't appear to be any of those outside of North America.

Hm...Muntjac have pretty small horns, but they're not as...pretty...as the deer we usually think of.

Not as impressive, true, but infinitely more practical. If they're the same guys I saw all over the walls of a German pub, then they might not be big enough. Of course, could always just say that one of them *was* big enough.

Or maybe her parents took a hunting trip to North America and brought home a trophy, pre-end of the world.

So, had to clean my room today for the first time in... nevermind that, but I open my dresser drawer whose contents I had apparently forgotten and find the following sight. It rather made my day. :D

A) Trimming the Antlers

B) Have the skull of a deer with not-fully-developed antlers - perhaps a companion of her past, or something.

Mine too, lemmie tell you.

Most of them were like $20, it's not as much as you might think. And I've been collecting them for 10 years now. :P

The only nice ones I have are a... decent katana (as in it actually has a tang with nails holding it together and not a rat tail), one of the LotR swords, the Wheel of Time heron marked sword, and my Black Prince I just got for my birthday.

Oh, and... this thing...



...which I may or may not have stabbed through my thigh when I was 17....
