Yeah, but she says the dog would probably get into the tank and kill the fish, and I cannot really argue with this because he is a trouble maker. But I thought that sticking it out of reach like on the shelf by the window he would not reach it.

xD do you guys not have any high places that chauncy dog can not reach?

Kind of on top of the book shelf where we keep the cook books in the kitchen, though today he jumped up and knocked my plate off of the kitchen table, and he pulled a pot holder off the counter another day, so if he wanted to I am sure he would be able to reach the fish in that situation.

He is not allowed in my room though, and I thought maybe that would be a good idea, but I am hardly in my room and I wouldn't want the fish to be alone in my room for almost 24 hours all the time. Though, if I had a fish in my room I would probably spend more time in there.
