Okay, art critique time!

The hair seems a bit too detailed compared to the rest of the picture.
I think he needs nipples.
There's something off about his groin area, too. It looks almost like it's melted.
His eyes need to look more focused; is he looking at us or the thing in his hand?
The wood of the bedframe should have some markings on it so that you can tell it's wood.
His clavicle looks a tad too tilted to me.

That's all I could see that was really bothering me. Don't think I'm just bashing your art, though; I really do like it! I'm still a ways off from drawing something like that, and I admire you for having the ability to do so.
